Returns

GeekZen believes in customer happiness. Therefore, should you have second thoughts about your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund of your purchase price excluding shipping within 30 days from the purchase date. No questions asked! All we ask is that the items are returned to us in their original packaging and the items in it's original state.

Step 1: Drop us an e-mail with your Order ID.
Email us at cs@geekzen.com with your order ID to initiate a product return request. We shall respond within 1-3 business days. For certain categories of returns, we may require the provision of proof of identification.

Step 2: Return the item with the original packaging intact.
Once we have acknowledged and confirmed your product return request, you can begin preparing your product for return. The original packing must be unopened and the items in it's original state, basically the condition that you received them in.

Step 3: Shipping it back.
It is recommended to ship the items back in the same GeekZen box wherever possible and filled with sufficient protective material to ensure a safe return. Please ship it back to us with care.

If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers or other materials on the box, please remove them.

If you’re shipping from within Malaysia, please use PosLaju or a similar courier that offers tracking and e-mail cs@geekzen.com your tracking number and/or consignment number as well. If you are shipping from a location outside Malaysia, please use a reputable courier with online tracking facilities.

Step 4: Getting a refund.
A full refund minus shipping costs will be processed after we have received the returned items and had it inspected by our staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt).

You have the option to be refunded via your original method of payment, or in store credit.

A store credit refund would be processed within 48 hours or sooner after completion of inspection by our staff. Credit card refunds will be processed within 7 days though it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

The refund will consist solely of the product price excluding any shipping and handling charges or taxes paid.

In the event that an item is returned not in its original condition, we may at our sole discretion offer a partial refund to a maximum of 50% of the item’s price.
